Replacement & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand sometimes things are purchased and then may not be needed. Just notify us that you wish to return the order within 30 days from the date of delivery by emailing our customer care team. All we ask is the items must be returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging where possible.
We will usually process the refund within 48 hours of having the returned order back after having it checked and completed.
Damaged Products: We provide replacements or accept returns for any product that is damaged during shipment.
Warranty- First 30 Days: For any products showing a manufacturer defect within the first 30 days. We will offer you replacement/refund. We do have the right to have the product examined by the manufacturer to determine the fault is a manufacturer defect. This can be done by photos, videos or physical checks.
